Celestino Moreira – Managing Director
Celestino Moreira integrates Prime Yield as Executive Director and has a Degree in Accouting and Business Administration (Major in Administration and Financial Control).
His professional path has been developed in the areas of accounting and financial management, holding several positions in terms of management, financial, estate and administrative control and coordination; accounting services, tax system, human resources, management and financial consultancy, and valuation of funded projects.
Celestino Moreira has also been a professor in Escola Técnica da Praia, teaching classes such as Financial Accounting and Financial Calculus.
Daniela Costa – Research Director
Daniela Costa joined Prime Yield to integrate the Consultancy & Research Department. She has a Degree in Tourism Planning and Management by Universidade de Aveiro.
In Property Consultancy, Daniela has been developing her professional path in the area of Market Research Reports. As part of Research, she is also responsible for updating all market data and for carrying out several regular market reports. The market reports developed focus on the property markets covered by Prime Yield’s activity, namely the Portuguese-speaking countries of Angola, Brazil, Cabo Verde, Mozambique and Portugal. Daniela is also very active in the area of opinion essays, contributing to several newspapers and magazines.
