Based on our proactivity and dynamic approach to the market, features that we consider being a crucial part of our DNA, we like to communicate with all our stakeholders and community in key moments, hosting Prime Yield’s exclusive conferences. Up to now, we have organized two major events:

Conference Prime Yield in Portugal – “Property Investment in Portuguese-Speaking Countries”, 21 May 2010

This event aimed to provide all attendees a comprehensive perspective on business opportunities emerging in Angola, Brazil, Cabo Verde and Mozambique.

The conference featured a series of speakers who had extensive professional experience in those countries and in the following areas:

• Suitable investment vehicles developing business in the Portuguese-Speaking markets;
• Financing options for property projects;
• Support to companies in their internationalization;
• Specific issues relating to property investment analysis in those countries.

Conference Prime Yield in Brazil – “Property Investment and Valuations – The European experience and the Brazilian reality”, 26 November 2010
